Michael’s priority always has been and always will be to provide a first class, courteous and efficient service for his clients. He holds a post-graduate diploma in notarial practice from the University of Cambridge and is a member of the Notaries Society. He has a BA in Law and Politics from the University of Durham as well as an MBA in Business Administration.

Apart from practising as a notary public he has practised as a solicitor in the New Forest area for more than 20 years now specialising in the area of trusts and estates.

Michael has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 1993 and has represented the South of England on the Council of STEP Worldwide. He has a particular interest in charitable trusts and has been a member of the Charity Law Association for several years.
